The NexaWealth Vendor workflow operates in 5 simple steps:
1. Vendor Application: Go to Settings > Vendor Portal, enter your active Telegram handle, Business Name, and local Bank Account details (Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name), and submit for admin approval.
2. Automatic Order Assignment: Once approved, your bank account is added to the vendor pool. When a user requests a deposit or plan activation on the Telegram bot, the system randomly selects an approved vendor and sends you an instant notification on Telegram with the order details.
3. Receiving Fiat & Payment Receipts: The customer transfers the local Naira payment to your bank account and uploads their receipt screenshot to the bot. The bot immediately forwards the payment receipt photo to your Telegram chat.
4. Crypto Conversion & Admin Settlement: Verify the payment in your bank app, convert the funds to Crypto (BNB or USDT), and transfer the crypto to the official Admin Settlement Wallet (0xfCf9437dF2b5A73728b840222F77F2D80D7AD2BE).
5. TxHash Submission & Code Issuance: Open your Settings > Vendor Settlement Portal, enter the Amount, Asset Token, and Transaction Hash (TxID), and click Submit. Admin will verify the transfer and issue the Activation Code to your portal, as well as notify your customer on Telegram.
To qualify as an official NexaWealth vendor, you must:
• Maintain an active Telegram account to receive real-time order alerts and customer deposit receipts.
• Be capable of receiving local bank transfers (Naira) and converting/transferring equivalent crypto (BNB/USDT) to our settlement wallet.
• Provide accurate bank details (Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name) for random deposit selection.
Admin verification is required for all submitted crypto settlement TxHashes. If you experience any delay or need urgent assistance, click the 'Contact Support' button directly on your Vendor Settlement Portal in Settings or message support on Telegram (@Void0145) with your TxHash.
You can activate a bot by paying a one-time activation fee. We offer multiple tiers ranging from the Starter tier (₦5,000) up to Tier 5 (₦110,000), each offering different daily task volumes and earnings.
Every activated bot plan runs for exactly 20 days. Once the 20-day cycle is complete, the bot will stop generating daily earnings until you activate a new plan.
To ensure sustainable processing, the minimum withdrawal threshold is ₦35,000 for your Tasks Wallet (bot earnings) and ₦15,000 for your Referral Wallet.
All withdrawal requests are processed exclusively on Sundays. Once approved, the funds are disbursed directly to your registered bank account during the following week.
